1. Description of Service
We specialize in providing our valued customers with premium subscriptions for YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Disney+. The subscription services offered are for a period of one year, and these annual plans require renewal on an annual basis. The yearly subscription plans begin when confirming and activating the premium accounts.
Your subscription status, including active subscriptions, will be visible on your account dashboard. Fourteen days prior to the scheduled date of expiry (One year from the date of signing up or activating the annual membership plans for YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Disney+), you will receive an email with the payment details reminding you to make the payment to continue uninterrupted service for another year. Failure to make the payment on or before the expiry date will disrupt your premium access to YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Disney+.
Please note that we only provide premium membership access to YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Disney+. We are neither the owners nor claim any copyrights or ownership to these companies, brand names, and all the content it entails.
Kindly contact us for easy resolution in case of complaints or subscription issues, as we are an independent entity that provides quality annual membership plans for YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Disney+ accounts.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
We are focused on providing you with an annual membership or annual subscription plans to premium accounts of YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Disney+. After making the payment, you will be required to register and provide the details requested at the time of the registration process. Please ensure that all detail provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
All personal information disclosed by our valued customers at the point of registration will be encrypted and securely stored in our database to prevent breaches. Also, do not provide confidential information such as PIN Numbers, Bank details unless requested from a verifiable source and for a valid reason. Please drop a query or double-check with our dedicated customer service team when in doubt. Additionally, ensure that all compulsory information fields required for registration are filled in to avoid invalid or incomplete registration requests that will be rejected.
For some accounts, such as Disney+ and Netflix premium accounts, registration might happen in real-time, but YouTube Premium’s annual subscription will take one to seven days to get activated after following the registration process and making the payments.
All customers will be informed on activation of their registration to YouTube Premium, Disney+, and Netflix Premium accounts.
3. TERMS OF USE
On completion of registration and activation of the Netflix premium account, we will provide our valued customers with a username and password. A profile name and PIN will also be provided at the activation time. Please note that all customers will only be allowed to log in and access their respective Netflix premium accounts from two registered devices only. Access from more than two devices will not be permissible using our package. All our customers who have subscribed for annual membership plans to Netflix premium accounts will get UHD access that allows them to stream and watch movies that are high definition and of high video and audio quality.
On completion of registration and activation of the Disney+ premium account, we will provide our valued customers with a username and password. A profile name and PIN will also be provided at the activation time. Additionally, all customers can only log in and access their respective Disney+ premium accounts from two registered devices. Customers can create their own profiles using our annual membership plans, but they will be allowed to access their respective Disney+ accounts using the profile we created at the time of registration.
On making the required payments and submitting the registration details, we will provide our customers with a YouTube Premium account to ensure that they can enjoy and make the most out of the services the YouTube Premium package provides. In order to qualify for this, the customer should not have been part of any family for a minimum period of 12 months. In the event of a customer being part of a family in the past 12 months prior to registration of the YouTube Premium account’s annual subscription plan, then the customer is required to register a new account and submit the details of the new account to our team for further processing as part of the activation process.
Once account creation is completed, the customers will be sent an invite to be part of a Google family. On acceptance of the invite, you will be part of the Google family. Note that you cannot be part of another family group at this point. Also, note that we will not hold or maintain customer data. Additionally, customers cannot communicate or gain access to other users who are part of their family group. The activation time of the annual subscription plan for the YouTube Premium account can take approximately one to seven business days from the time of joining the family group.
4. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
On completion of registration and payments, we will provide our customers with their user account details consisting of username and password, which will be accessed on the dashboard. They will also be given a designated profile and PIN Number/security code. All details will be provided to the customer via the email address included as part of the registration process. Please be advised that no customer shall share their login details and passwords with others.
Also, please note that Disney+ and Netflix premium access is provided only for two devices. Any attempts to add a third device or logins by an unauthorized party are deemed unlawful and will be blocked by the site administrator.
Please ensure that no confidential information such as passwords and PIN are shared or misused. We do not accept any responsibility for any misuse or mishandling of such confidential information and any losses incurred therein.
5. USER CONDUCT
Once you have subscribed to our services, please ensure that you follow the following Guidelines and codes of conduct at all times:
- Do not engage in any impermissible or unauthorized activity
- Do not share any confidential information such as PIN numbers and bank details
- Please be courteous with all correspondence with our support team
- Any issues with the original service or developer will not be our responsibility
- Ensure to make all payments on a timely basis and follow all registration instructions to avoid any inconveniences
- Reach out to our support staff for any complaints or queries
6. International Use
There is no restriction on the customer base or usage of our services. We provide services to both local and international clients across the world.
